About

Greg Broadwell has a background in both fine art and manufacturing. Knife making (both manufacturing and custom), building and working on guns (not just ARs), and collecting firearms are all areas of his expertise. He particularly loves military rifles of all vintages, including AKs, FALs, and WW2 service weapons.

Greg’s background in fine art has led to woodworking in many facets, including custom furniture and wood turning on the lathe. Combining a knowledge of fine woodcraft and an affinity for firearms, Greg has made many custom gun stocks for his own collection, completely by hand. With the advent of CNC technology, these pieces can be made more precisely, but without losing the hand finished touch of one-off pieces.

Greg is also an avid competition shooter, participating in 3 Gun, USPSA, Tactical Biathlon (Run and Gun), and Long Range Precision Rifle matches. If you compete in the North Carolina/Upstate South Carolina area, you may have run into him at a match!

Occasionally you'll see him cosplay as Snake from Metal Gear Solid, the main character from a famous video game franchise.

"It's a nice gun, I’ll give you that. But the engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever." - Snake
